Q: How can I place an order with you?
A: It is easy! All you need to do is select what you want and add it to your basket, once you have finished your shopping you can proceed to the check-out where you will need to fill out your personal details and select your delivery option and payment option. Once this has been completed you will receive and order confirmation email.
Q: I want to Return an item, what should I do?
A: Simply email love@lovelila.co.uk and we shall send you a returns form with instructions on what to do. Please check out Returns Policy for further information and make sure you return items within 14 days of receipt.
